OVERVIEW:
In short, a leader of the pub is tasked with supporting the overall operation of his or her pub. A business is a living, organic entity so the job is constantly changing as the needs of the business change. An assistant general manager needs to be organized, diligent, and flexible to successfully negotiate the day-to-day operations of our living, organic brewpubs. Their actions, words and thoughts color our guests' experiences and set an example for the entire staff.
LEADER QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must have 2+ years prior restaurant management experience
•Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the pub
•Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees
