Always on Tap
Named after the famous mountain in Nepal, this Amber is light-bodied, but malt-forward, with flavors of light caramel and toast. It has a subdued fruitiness and clean finish from the German Yeast, and just enough hop bitterness to balance the overall flavor profile.
Hops: Saaz, Styrian Golding, Tettnang
BIG KRANE KÖLSCH
Our traditional German Ale has a floral, spicy aroma from European hop varieties. A light malty sweetness balances the hop bitterness, and a small addition of acidulated malt adds brightness to the overall character. The clean fermentation profile of the German Ale yeast allows the flavors of the malts and hops to truly shine.
Hops: Tettnang, Styrian Golding
BLACKBERRY or RASPBERRY WHEAT
This American Wheat beer is light, crisp and decidedly fruity from the addition of over 10# per barrel of either Blackberry or Raspberry Purée. Flaked Oats provide a soft texture while the citrus aromas from American hops mingle with the flavor of the Blackberries or Raspberries.
Hops: Centennial, Simcoe
This American Extra Special Bitter boasts a unique combination of toasty caramel malt with classic Cascade hop flavor and aroma. This brand is considered a “varietal” because it only uses one hop variety. Non-hoppy beer drinkers may discover Colorado Kind to be a surprisingly approachable hoppy beer. Just ask for a pint of “the dank”!
Winner Silver Medal - 2011 Great American Beer Festival - American E.S.B
F’ Ya! I.P.A. is our House West Coast I.P.A. and features four American hop varieties that blend together to form an intensely aromatic and flavorful ale. Four kettle additions and one huge dose of dry hops make this beer citrusy and resinous throughout. Although this beer is “all about the hops,” most people find it surprisingly balanced.
Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Centennial, CTZ
XXX is a Mountain Sun classic! A stronger, more intense version of a classic American Pale Ale, our Strong American Pale Ale boasts a prominent hop bitterness, but is balanced by a pleasant malt sweetness and a citrusy, piney hop aroma provided by American hops.
Hops: Cascade, Chinook, Simcoe

Black Aria Baltic Porter
This classic beer style originates from the area surrounding the Baltic Sea and blends elements of English Porter with Russian Imperial Stout, but is fermented with lager yeast instead of ale yeast. Rich malt flavors of dark raisin and caramel meld with a righteous roastiness that has a pleasant lingering aftertaste.
Hops: Styrian Golding
Adjunct: Blackstrap Molasses
Dank Nugget Hazy I.P.A.
Dank Nugget Hazy I.P.A. is medium-bodied with a “slightly toasted” malt profile from the kilned grains and is liberally hopped with three American hop varieties which provide a juicy fruitiness and a sticky backbone. Can you see through the haze brah?
Hops: Crystal, Palisade, Nugget
A true American Stout, Dropkick hits you head on with a strong dose of roasted malt, followed immediately by citrusy and resiny American hops. Dropkick Stout is not a total hop bomb, but it does feature an assertive hop profile paired with an aggressive roasted malt character.
Hops: Amarillo, CTZ
Hop Vivant Imperial I.P.A.
Our award-winning American Imperial I.P.A. is medium-bodied and copper in color. It receives multiple dry-hop additions, which provide explosive aromas of pineapple, citrus, pine and a hint of resiny dankness. The malts provide a solid backbone and flavors of light caramel which complement the hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.
Hops: Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe, Chinook
Winner – Alpha King Challenge 2009
Julius Theorem I.P.A.
This American I.P.A. has three different citrus purées, a blend of citrusy hops, and is orangish in color. A bright citrus flavor with a backdrop of hop rind falls away to a soft finish with a light acidity that is both refreshing and invigorating.
Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Horizon, Mosaic, Palisade
Adjuncts: Blood Orange Purée, Cara Cara Orange Purée, Tangerine Purée, Madagascar Vanilla Extract
NIHILIST Russian Imperial Stout
Brewed with a massive quantity of roasted malts, this beer is balanced by a hefty dose of orange blossom honey. Complex notes of coffee, chocolate, orange and cherry fill the palate, while an ample addition of bittering hops ensure a smooth ride all the way to the last drop.
Hops: Amarillo, Chinook
Adjunct: Orange Blossom Honey
Number One Belgian Tripel
Our traditional Belgian Tripel is a pale, medium-bodied, strong ale with flavors of light fruit from the yeast strain and a delicate herbal character from the European hop varieties. It is brewed with Golden Naked Oats and Clear Belgian Candi Syrup and is fermented with yeast from one of the remaining Trappist breweries.
Hops: Saaz, East Kent Golding
Adjunct: Clear Belgian Candi Syrup
Onslaught Belgian Imperial I.P.A.
Combining the aggressive hop character of an American-Style Imperial I.P.A. with the spicy and fruity flavors associated with Belgian Strong Ales, Onslaught is truly a complex and flavorful beer. Citrusy hops immediately assault the palate giving way to fruity esters and mild spice. Despite its hefty alcohol content, Onslaught finishes crisp, dry, and surprisingly drinkable.
Hops: Amarillo, Chinook, Saaz
Our Czech Pilsner abides by traditional style guidelines. This is beer, there are rules. It is a medium-bodied pale golden lager with a complex, well-rounded character that really ties the room together. Clean, malty flavors are complemented by a snappy bitterness with prevalent spicy flavors and grassy aromas contributed by Saaz hops; and that’s not just, like, our opinion, man. You want a pint? I can get you a pint, believe me. There are ways, dude. The name is pronounced Sōb-czech as in, Walter Sobchak from the movie The Big Lebowski.
Tropical Fuzz Storm
This American-Style Fruited Wheat beer is light-bodied, crisp and decidedly fruity from the addition of over 24# per barrel of mango and pink guava purées. These tropical fruit flavors are complemented by aromas of melon and candied lemon imparted by our special blend of hops.
Hops: Comet, Glacier, Hüll Melon, Palisade
Adjuncts: Mango Purée, Pink Guava Purée
This American I.P.A. utilizes a blend of four American hop varieties, which lend strong notes of orange, pineapple, and grapefruit, balanced by a light caramel malt backbone. It finishes dry with a medium to high bitterness and assertive hop aroma. Vagabond I.P.A. finishes dry with a medium to high bitterness level and an assertive American hop flavor and aroma.
Hops: Cascade, Amarillo, Simcoe, Chinook
