BIG KRANE KÖLSCH
Our traditional German Ale has a floral, spicy aroma from European hop varieties. A light malty sweetness balances the hop bitterness, and a small addition of acidulated malt adds brightness to the overall character. The clean fermentation profile of the German Ale yeast allows the flavors of the malts and hops to truly shine.

BLACKBERRY or RASPBERRY WHEAT
This American Wheat beer is light, crisp and decidedly fruity from the addition of over 10# per barrel of either Blackberry or Raspberry Purée. Flaked Oats provide a soft texture while the citrus aromas from American hops mingle with the flavor of the Blackberries or Raspberries.

ANNAPURNA AMBER
Named after the famous mountain in Nepal, this Amber is light-bodied, but malt-forward, with flavors of light caramel and toast. It has a subdued fruitiness and clean finish from the German Yeast, and just enough hop bitterness to balance the overall flavor profile.

COLORADO KIND
This American Extra Special Bitter boasts a unique combination of toasty caramel malt with classic Cascade hop flavor and aroma. This brand is considered a “varietal” because it only uses one hop variety. Non-hoppy beer drinkers may discover Colorado Kind to be a surprisingly approachable hoppy beer. Just ask for a pint of “the dank”!

F.Y. I.P.A.
F’ Ya! I.P.A. is our House West Coast I.P.A. and features four American hop varieties that blend together to form an intensely aromatic and flavorful ale. Four kettle additions and one huge dose of dry hops make this beer citrusy and resinous throughout. Although this beer is “all about the hops,” most people find it surprisingly balanced.

XXX PALE
XXX is a Mountain Sun classic! A stronger, more intense version of a classic American Pale Ale, our Strong American Pale Ale boasts a prominent hop bitterness, but is balanced by a pleasant malt sweetness and a citrusy, piney hop aroma provided by American hops.

Jah Mon Ginger Wheat Ale
This is an easy-drinking, light-bodied American Wheat beer that features candied ginger and a generous amount of fresh, crushed ginger root as part of its signature flavor profile. The spices are steeped at the end of the boil to impart solid flavor notes without adding bitterness.

Headybrah Oktoberfest
This traditional German Lager is brewed for Oktoberfest, the annual celebration of autumn. Malt flavors of light caramel and toasted bread are balanced by the delicate grassy aromas of European hops. Several months of cold storage (i.e. lagering) creates a clean, crisp and approachable beer. Headybrah is released on the same date as the start of the Oktoberfest Festival in Munich, which actually starts during the end of September.

Blazing Irons I.P.A.
This American-Style I.P.A. is light-bodied, but blasts you with big hits of citrus, pine and tropical fruit. A strong bitterness keeps you from getting burnt while you get in close to smell this dope aroma. Have fun buddy.

Fadeaway I.P.A.
This West Coast I.P.A. is copper in color and medium-bodied with an aggressive hop bitterness, which is signature to this style. Malt flavors of caramel and light toast provide a sturdy backdrop for the hops to shine. German Ariana hops lend a resinous backbone while Bravo hops impart citrus notes reminiscent of orange and tangerine, which are complemented by the classic grapefruit character of Chinook hops.

Black Aria Baltic Porter
This classic beer style originates from the area surrounding the Baltic Sea and blends elements of English Porter with Russian Imperial Stout, but is fermented with lager yeast instead of ale yeast. Rich malt flavors of dark raisin and caramel meld with a righteous roastiness that has a pleasant lingering aftertaste.

Hop Vivant Imperial I.P.A.
Our award-winning American Imperial I.P.A. is medium-bodied and copper in color. It receives multiple dry-hop additions, which provide explosive aromas of pineapple, citrus, pine and a hint of resiny dankness. The malts provide a solid backbone and flavors of light caramel which complement the hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.

Prime Time Pilsner
Our Classic American Pilsner is medium-bodied and golden in color with a moderate hop character featuring traditional noble hop varieties. A touch of sweetness in the finish imparted by flaked corn is complemented by a balanced bitterness. This lager is crisp, refreshing, and full of flavor. A true American original!

Toro Dorado Hazy I.P.A.
Toro Dorado Hazy I.P.A. is medium-bodied with notes of light caramel and is liberally hopped with three American hop varieties which impart flavors reminiscent of pineapple and tangerine. You mess with the bull, you get the horns!

Star Frame I.P.A.

Stoked Oak Stout
Former Mountain Sun brewer Scott Overdorf, who now owns Hobart Brewing in Tasmania, masterfully balanced various malts, vanilla and oak to create an “Old World-Style” stout with barrel-aged character. The combination of smoked malt and the additions of pure vanilla extract and toasted oak spirals give the impression of a barrel-aged stout without having undergone the barrel-aging process.

NIHILIST Russian Imperial Stout
Brewed with a massive quantity of roasted malts, this beer is balanced by a hefty dose of orange blossom honey. Complex notes of coffee, chocolate, orange and cherry fill the palate, while an ample addition of bittering hops ensure a smooth ride all the way to the last drop.
