Mountain Sun is proud to partner with Salto Coffee, a women-owned coffee roaster based in Nederland, Colorado, founded in 2012 with a focus on sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community connection. Salto works with women-led cooperatives and environmentally responsible farmers, roasting exceptional coffee that reflects both quality and place. For Stout Month, we brewed three beers featuring Salto Coffee, showcasing their locally roasted beans across different stout styles and celebrating a shared commitment to craft, intention, and community.
